Mark Neufeld the latest Chief of the Calgary Corrupt Police Service, was hired to rid the police force of rottencops. But instead he’s protecting them, endorsing them, and enabling them. Neufeld is sending a clear message to those under his command, that it’s business as usual in the Calgary Corrupt Police Service. (more to follow)
Chief Neufeld will not investigate or charge, crooked ex cops or crooked present cops. Chief Neufeld has categorically stated, that he’s not going to investigate any of the many corrupt and criminal acts committed by past and present Calgary (and RCMP) police officers.
: IF GOOD COPS WON’T ARREST BAD COPS, HOW ARE THEY GOOD COPS :
NOTE: If Neufeld does not begin criminal investigations into what he now knows, then Neufeld is then himself a crooked cop and is guilty of committing criminal and corrupt acts, punishable under the Criminal Code of Canada, and the Police Act of Alberta, and his own Calgary Police Rules and Regulations. Mark Neufeld was hired as a beacon for change and was supposed to have come into the job in Calgary and carry on ex Chief Roger Chaffins efforts and struggles to reform and rid the police service of the rottenapples and rottencops that still infest it.
Very Sadly, it appears that ain’t gonna happen. Below in bold 1. and 2. is Mark Neufelds oral response to me, given via his assistant Laura from his office as Chief of Police of Camrose, relayed on the afternoon of the 17th Day of May 2019.
1. That as you (Mark Neufeld) are not yet the Chief of the Calgary Police Service, you (Mark Neufeld) are not going to act on what you have received from me thus far, regarding criminal and corrupt acts committed by past and present Calgary Police officers.
2. That when you (Mark Neufeld) are the Chief of the Calgary Police Service, you (Mark Neufeld) are still not going to act on what you have received from me thus far, regarding criminal and corrupt acts committed by past and present Calgary Police officers.
So we can expect the same old same old, Calgary Corrupt Police Service…..
TOM ENGEL CRIMINAL LAWYER:
” If instead of dealing head on with serious police misconduct you try to sweep it under the carpet, eventually it comes out and then it’s much worse than if you had dealt with it properly in the first place “. Tom Engel Lawyer, Alberta’s Criminal Trial Lawyers Association, regarding the Calgary Police Service at the Arkinstall Inquiry.
FEB 2019 PROSECUTOR JULIE SNOWDON ABOUT CALGARY POLICE:
“ Offences involving police corruption are very serious and must be treated as such,” the Edmonton prosecutor told Calgary Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Bryan Mahoney. “These are offences … against the rule of law.” conduct such as this “undermine the public confidence in the police.”. “The stability of society rests on the integrity of police officers,”.. “The Criminal Code places great power in the hands of the police.”… “Police corruption tends to be a newsworthy thing. ”
