TOOLS One of the most important tools in the I’m a rotten cop and I need to get out of going to jail free card toolbox, is the Professional Standards Section. Another is the Behavioural Science Unit (the BSU). The officers and others who are assigned to those sections of the Calgary Police Service, are the ones who should be the most diligent and honest and the ones without any bias, the truth is far far different.
The Behavioral Science Unit is the Psych Department of the Calgary Police Service. Monitoring dangerous offenders that are released into society and completing and then disseminating threat assessments are just some of the tasks they undertake. However, it is also the department that very often disseminates false statements and disinformation in order to distort the truth and create false narratives that are best suited to favour the Calgary Police Service the RCMP and others. The Calgary Police BSU also works closely with Alberta Government agencies, as well as Federal agencies such as the RCMP and Drumheller prison in Alberta, in the commission of crooked, corrupt and criminal acts, in furtherance of their mutual endeavours.
This should astonish you, but will not astonish those that run into those Units described above. In the November of 2018, the Professional Standards Section (PSS) of the Calgary Police Service, outright, and I mean outright, refused to follow the directions to conduct criminal investigations into current and past members of the Calgary Police Service, and others. Such directions given to the PSS by the Office of the then Interim Chief of the Calgary Police Service, Steve Barlow.
WHO’S IN CHARGE AT THE CALGARY POLICE SERVICE ?
INTERIM CHIEF BARLOWS DIRECTIONS: ” Hello Mr. Kelly, Thank you for your patience while I looked into the appropriate avenues for you. I have learned that if you have a new complaint against an officer you are to contact PSS through their website. If you are not satisfied with a PSS investigation in the past, the Police Commission is your next step. If you are not satisfied with the service provided by the Police Commission then the next avenue would be to contact the Alberta Solicitor Generals Police Complaints Director. I have included the link that has the contact information. ”
After being seriously misled and lied to by previous administrations of the Calgary Police Service (also view page titled pass the buck) clear directions were given by the current Interim Chief Steve Barlow to his Professional Standards Section (PSS) regarding the investigating and taking of action on the very serious concerns and allegations of criminal and corrupt acts having been widely committed by past and present Calgary Police Officers.
What did the PSS do, they literally gave the Interim Chief, the finger.

Many documents and materials clearly show how these rottencops, rotten justice officials and others, knowingly and willingly conspired in deceiving and misleading the courts. They clearly show that they filed multiple criminal charges and filed multiple application, they knew to be bogus from the outset.
They show how they deceived the courts to obtain a bogus search and seizure warrant, which they then used as a means to seize boxes and boxes containing hundred upon hundreds of documents and materials from my residence, and how they then went on, to destroy those seized documents and materials, very shortly thereafter.
How they conspired and committed more criminal offences in their ongoing attempts at cover-ups, by committing perjury, filing false Affidavits, suborning perjury and much worse. The documents and materials in my possession prove that they (knowingly) wrongfully arrested me, then wrongfully convicted me and finally wrongfully imprisoned me.
All of those individuals and organizations named, have all failed to answer to, or provide any evidence to refute or rebut any of the claims made by me, on my websites and in documents and materials widely disseminated.
